The Russian-speaking cybercrime forum WWH-CLUB was infiltrated by employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigations who received administrator access to systems and managed to unload the database. As follows (https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscours.flsd.672601/gov.uscurts.flsd.672601.0.pdf) from published judicial documents the investigation established the names of two project administrators.

They, according to the arrest orders published by the Court of Florida, were Russian citizen Pavel Kublitsky and a citizen of Kazakhstan, Alexander Khodyrev. It is known that the first has already been arrested, the fate of the second is still being cleared. The FBI managed to determine their IP address after receiving a warrant for a search of the American cloud company Digital Ocean.

After that, special agents were able to hack the site and provide investigators with the privileges of administrators, as well as the opportunity to view tens of thousands of correspondence, passwords and any activity in registered accounts. The content of the arrest warrant indirectly indicates that this could have already happened back in 2020.

The study conducted by police showed that the creator and owner of WWH was hiding behind the nicknames W.W.H. and mans77. At the same time, Kublitsky and Khodyrev were both administrators of the site and shared Makein's account. They both arrived in the United States no later than 2022 and asked for political asylum. The status of the unemployed did not prevent Kublitsky from acquiring a luxurious condominium in Florida, and Khodyrev - Corvette 2023 for, which he paid $110,000
